Rimm the glass with salt
muddle 10 Green Grapes, add 45mls Tequila, 15mls White Wine, 20mls Lime Juice, 15mls Himalayan Honey Water, and fill shaker with ice.
Shake and double strain into Salted rimmed Margarita Glass

Rub 1 third of an Old Fashioned Glass with orange and Sprinkle Biscuit crumbs onto the side of the glass
Muddle half a Green Apple add 60mls Jim Beam, 10mls Peach Syrup, 4 sticks Cinnamon, 2 dashes Bitters, Ice and Stir approximately 30 times.
Double strain over ice into an ice-filled Buscuit rimmed Old Fashioned glass.

in a Jar, add 1 sprig of Corriander, 2 pinches of Rosemary, 3 Basil leaves, 2 pinches of Oregano, zest of 1 Orange, 4 Cinnamon sticks, 6 crushed cardamom pods, 3 bay leaf, 4 packets of sugar, 300mls of red wine and 60mls of Tanqueray gin. Allow maceration for 12 hours. Then strain.

muddle 2 chunks of Watermelon and 3 Jalapeno slices. Add A handful full of mint slapped, 20mls lime juice, 10mls Sugar Syrup, 60mls of Bacardi rum and ice.
In a Long glass, put 5 mint leaves and lime and three Quarters fill the glass with ice.
Strain into a long glass and top with soda and crushed ice.

Rub half champagne glass with orange and Sprinkle Red Chilli powder over the top.
Muddle half an orange, add the tip of a spoon of Red Chilli powder, add 30mls of Mango juice, ice and Shake. Add 90mls of Noi spritz and stir.

Chop up quarter Cubed Apple, quarter cubed Orange, quarter cubed Kiwi fruit and put in White Wine Glass. Chill and stir with ice 120mls of Red wine and strain over fruits. Top with 30mls of 7Up and 15mls of Guava Juice.
