Flames of the Heavens

Jagermeister, Tanqueray gin, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Clove, Sprig Rosemary, Passionfruit Syrup, Guava juice, Tequila

Ingredients

10mls Jagermeister 

20mls Tanqueray gin

2 Cinnamon, 

3 cardamon,

5mls Passionfruit Syrup

30mls Guava juice

5mls Lime Juice

30mls Jose Curvo Silver Tequila

Glass

Clay Tea Cup

Mixology

In Blandy ballon flambe 10mls Jagermeister, 20mls Tanqueray gin, 2 Cinnamon, 3 cardamon,

Pour into a Clay teacup.

Shake 5mls Passionfruit Syrup, 30mls Guava juice, 5mls lime Juice, and 30mls Jose Curvo Silver Tequila. and strain into Clay tea Pot top with ice

Vibe of Uttarakhand

Ciroc Vodka, Ginger, Tumeric, coriander, Lime, Honey water, Red Chilli Paste

Ingredients

60mls Ciroc Vodka, 
1 Julian Ginger, 
1 Julian Tumeric, 
3 leaves of coriander, 
15mls Lime, 
30mls Honey water, 
 1 spoon Red Chilli Paste

Glass

White Wine Glass

Mixology

Muddle 1 Julian Ginger and 1 Julian Tumeric. Rip 3 Coriander leaves, add 15mls Lime juice, 30mls Honey water,  1 spoon Red Chilli Paste and 60mls of Ciroc Vodka

Shake and Double Strain over ice into a white wine glass

Garnish

Using the back of a spoon, rub red chilli paste onto the side of the glass. then sprinkle some finely chopped coriander on top



The Mustard Song

Jose Cuervo Tequila, Gordons Gin, Pineapple, Cucumber, Lime Uttarakhand Mustard Chutney

ingredients

30mls Jose Cuervo Tequila, 

30mls Gordon's Gin, 

3 big chunks of Pineapple, 

3 chunks Cucumber, 

10mls of Lime Juice,

5mls Sugar Syrup, 

2 spoons Uttarakhand Mustard Chutney

Mixology

Muddle 3 big chunks of Pineapple, 3 pieces of Cucumber, add s spoons of Uttarakhand Mustard Chutney, 5mls Sugar Syrup, 10mls of Lime Juice, 30mls Jose Cuervo Tequila, 30mls Gordon's Gin, and Ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

Garnish

Slice of Pineapple, with a thin piece of Cucumber with Mustard Chutney, drizzled on top.
